On April 21, 2020, the Constituent Meeting of the FMCG & Retail Committee of the UAA was held online.
Committee Chairman Igor Kryzhanovskyi, attorney-at-law, managing partner of TEFFI Law Firm, presented the new committee, told about the purpose of its creation and tasks for the current year.
Igor Kryzhanovskyi outlined the main activities of the Committee for 2020, including:
Customs issues: adjustment of customs value, parallel imports, fight against smuggling;
Issues of economic competition;
Protection of property rights and counteraction to raiding;
Licensing of certain types of economic activity;
Activities under conditions of quarantine and restrictive measures.
The FMCG & Retail Committee and the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association (UAA) would like to thank all those who took part in the Constituent Assembly and invite them to take an active part in the Committee’s activities.
